Both of these toll-free services are available from anywhere in Australia 24 hours a day. They provide general crisis counselling, information and referral services and are a great starting point when seeking help.

Outside of usual business hours this centre provides a range of services to current clients of Child Safety Services; is the contact point for those concerned that a child has been harmed or may be at risk of harm; and provides support for foster and kinship carers.
