If you or someone you know is in crisis, and are you are unsure which service to contact, you can call Kids Help Line on 1800 55 1800 or Lifeline on 13 11 14. Both of these toll-free services are available from anywhere in Australia 24 hours a day. They provide general crisis counselling, information and referral services and are a great starting point when seeking help.

Outside of usual business hours this centre provides a range of services to current clients of Child Safety Services; is the contact point for those concerned that a child has been harmed or may be at risk of harm; and provides support for foster and kinship carers.

Parenting WA Line Ph: 1800 654 432 or (08) 6279 1200 (24/7 support and information) Information, support and referral service to parents, carers, grandparents and families with children up to 18 years of age. Services are free and no referral is needed.
